This policy explains what Zonvic(“Zonvic,” “we,” “us”) collects, why, and how we handle it. Our guiding principle is simple: anything you share is used only to provide the service you asked for.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: your email address, company details, the description you enter, and the contents of any pitch deck you upload.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; we receive only confirmation of payment and limited billing metadata.
- Usage data: basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used, to help us improve it.
How we use your information
- To generate your investor-readiness analysis.
- To operate your Fundraising Project workspace and project chat.
- To process payments and deliver the consultation or advisory you purchased.
- To sign you back in (via a one-time email link) and provide support.
How your pitch deck is handled
Free Review: your deck is read once to generate the report, then discarded. It is not stored on our servers. The report itself is saved only in your own browser (local storage), not in a database we control.
Fundraising Project: to power version history and the project chat, your deck contents and generated reports are stored securely in your private workspace. This workspace is accessible only from the email you used, for the life of the project (90 days), after which it is no longer accessible. A short period after that window closes, the raw contents of your uploaded deck are automatically and permanently deleted from our database; the reports we generated for you remain available for you to download.
To write each review, your materials are processed through the commercial APIs of established third-party AI providers, strictly to generate your analysis. Zonvic's framework is built from general patterns across the ecosystem — never from any founder's confidential materials — and your uploads are not used to train our models or shown to other users.
Service providers we share data with
We use a small set of trusted providers to operate Zonvic:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Neon — secure database hosting for project workspaces.
- Resend — transactional email (sign-in links, receipts).
- Calendly — scheduling for consultation sessions.
- Established AI providers — generating your review via their commercial APIs.
- Google Analytics — aggregate usage analytics.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Data retention
Free Review reports live only in your browser until you clear them. For a Fundraising Project, the raw contents of your uploaded deck are automatically and permanently deleted a short period after the 90-day project window closes (and promptly if a project is refunded). The reports we generated for you, along with consultation, advisory, and billing records, are retained for our records and as required for accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@zonvic.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor those requests.
