15-minute fit guarantee.During the first 15 minutes, we'll discuss your company, goals, and what you'd like to accomplish. If you don't believe the session will provide meaningful value, simply let us know — we'll end the session and you'll receive a full refund. No hard feelings.
You can also reschedule anytime, and cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your session. If something comes up last-minute, email us — we're reasonable. Past the 15-minute fit window, a completed session is generally non-refundable, but if you feel it genuinely wasn't worth your time, tell us and we'll make it right.
Fundraising Partnership
Fundraising Partnershipis an application-only engagement arranged directly with you after a session, with its own written terms agreed before it begins — including how billing and any cancellation are handled. There is no online purchase to refund here; if a question ever comes up mid-engagement, email us and we'll work it out directly.
How to request a refund
Email support@zonvic.com from the address you used at checkout. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within a few business days.
