What Zonvic provides
Zonvic offers investor-readiness assessments for life science founders (the free Complimentary Assessment and the Investor Readiness Project — $39 one-time, a 90-day workspace which includes up to 5 deck revisions), the Investor Readiness Advisory ($399, a live session with an experienced life sciences advisor), and Fundraising Partnership, an application-only, ongoing engagement offered by invitation following a session.
Not investment advice, brokerage, or a guarantee
Zonvic is an educational and preparation tool. Its analysis, scores, sessions, and advisory engagements are opinions and strategic guidance intended to help you prepare — they are not investment advice, legal advice, or a solicitation of investment. Zonvic does not make investor introductions, does not act as a broker or placement agent, and does not guarantee that you will raise capital or achieve any particular outcome. AI-generated output can contain errors; use your own judgment.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm you have the right to share any materials you upload, and that doing so does not violate a third party's confidentiality or IP rights.
- You will use Zonvic only for lawful purposes.
- You are responsible for keeping access to the email you use, since it is how you sign back into your workspace.
Payments
Prices are shown in US dollars and charged through Stripe at checkout. The Investor Readiness Project is a one-time charge, not a subscription. Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
You keep all rights to the materials you upload and to the reports generated for you. Zonvic retains all rights to the platform, the Zonvic Investor Framework, and its underlying methodology.
Availability
We work to keep Zonvic available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties, and we may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
